I’m fascinated with Asian imagery, and use a large number of geisha photographs in my work. On this CD, you’ll find vintage geisha photos, plus artwork and posters from 18th, 19th and early 20th century Japan.

Each CD contains images scanned at 300dpi, and sized to print smaller than a sheet of letter-sized paper. Most are between four and five inches high, making them ideal for altered books, cards, and medium-sized collages. They can also be resized for use in web design work. The scans have been minimally retouched, so they retain their scratches and imperfections.

Included on each CD is a .pdf document that can be opened in Adobe Reader. The document shows a thumbnail of each image with its file name, along with usage information.
