Welcome to the New Ten Two Studios!

No, your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you. In the wee hours, I pulled down the old Ten Two Studios web site, and put up this swanky new one. Nice, right?

The things that have changed: there’s a bigger, more specific navigation section on the right side of every page that will help you get to where you want to go faster. There are also some new navigation sections, to allow you to shop for products by theme and color. And this blog part is new, too—because I finally have the time to talk more, and the stuff to talk about.

I’ve also updated the gallery sections, some of which were lost on the old site. I’m hoping to move a bunch of new eye candy in shortly.

At some point, the colors and header will magically change according to season. I’m still working on that part, but this new theme bascially lets me change all that stuff quickly, without changing the layout or structure of the site. It’s pretty nifty behind the scenes, and it’s sort of cut my work in half in terms of how new products are added—no more resizing of images a bazillion different times, or adding shopping cart buttons in multiple places. I just do everything once, and it all appears where it’s supposed to.

If that web site stuff all sounds like bees buzzing in your head, well, just know that to me, it’s better than new shoes…
