Orange Tin
Design team member Gayle Page-Robak recycled an octagonal metal tin by decorating it with images from the Orange Things collage set. I love how she used the labels and landscape images from the set on the sides.

From Liz: I just wanted to say thanks for your excellent goods and service. This was the first time I've bought from you and will definitely not be the last.
From Joanne: I just received another order from Ten Two Studios and I want you to know how pleased I am. I like it that you send out the orders promptly. Keep up the good work, Lisa.
From Angela: Just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU - for awesome product and fast shipping. I really really appreciate it! I will definitely point other art-friends your way.
From Marilyn: Lisa, I think you're one of the most generous people on the face of the earth! Thanks so much for everything that you do to help artistically challenged people like me.
From Sally: I wonder if I am your best customer? Always, when I need a boost of creativity, it's to you I turn, Lisa! I've found nothing to compare. You encompass the spectrum of art and craft. There is much of the ART lacking in other similar internet attempts. Thanks for a mutually beneficial relationship!
From Donna: As a retired art teacher, I really appreciate Lisa's approach to teaching! Clear concise instruction with lots of photos make it easy to follow along and create nifty projects!
From Helen: Lisa...Do you ever sleep?

Gorgeous colours Gayle… and a great choice of images! =)
Thank you so much, Rosie….hope all is well and you are having a wonderful weekend!
Very nice, Gayle! You ladies always manage to make me hungry, though! This beautiful tin that you’ve made makes me think of having some lovely biscuits (orange flavour, of course!) with a cup of tea! LOL!
If you bake the cookies, Laura, I will be over with the tin! lol. Thank you for the lovely compliment. It was such a fun sheet to create with..hope you have checked it out!
Great tin Gayle! With the nice bright colors, would look wonderful on a kitchen cupboard!
Thank you, Kim…you are correct, it would look great on a kitchen cupboard and would not take up too much room. Could be used to hold so many things, really…..more info in the next message on size, etc. Appreciate your comment, Kim!
I just love this! I wonder where you go the tin, Gayle? I’d love to make one similar to it. The orange looks great!
Hi Sally…I just responded to Kim (above) about being able to keep it on a kitchen counter…it would be perfect for that. The Tin is one of a number I traded with a girlfriend for a while back. I don’t know where she got them but they are a lovely ‘strong’ tin (not at al flimsy), and so well enamelled, and edged beautifully. They are 5 inches wide and are chocolate tins. There is a beautiful insignia of an American Eagle over the brand logo (all embossed into the metal) Ghirardelli (from San Francisco, established 1852)…hope this helps. I love these tins. Hugs, Gayle.
Such yummy colors Gayle! Now I need some orange cookies inside. Thanks for the ideas. Sally
Don’t think I have eaten orange cookies, but they sound good…don’t tempt me tho….this sized tin would make a great gift sized container for baked goods tho…I love the sheet that I used to create it…it is such a vibrant and cheery color….made me feel good making it.
All this talk of cookies is killing me. Somebody, please pass me the Orange Milanos…
Orange Milanos? Sounds yummy…who makes them? Do you know. I am going to be scouring the shelves when I shop now.
